How I use AI

Illustrations

All illustrations on the site are generated with an image model (Google Gemini) from prompts I have written myself. They do not depict real people, places or events. They are drawn watercolours, not photographs. Each image file is also labelled internally according to IPTC's standard for digital source type, so tools that read that kind of metadata can recognise it as AI-generated.

Text

Articles and recipes are written with help from language models, but they are never published as they come out. I review and edit the text, check claims against the sources, and I am the one who answers for the finished result.

Where an article refers to research, the source is given so you can look it up yourself.

The site was first written in Danish. The English pages are translated from the Danish with help from AI.

Affiliate links

Some links to shops are affiliate links. If you buy through them, I receive a commission without the price going up for you. This is marked on the individual products.

The commission does not affect what I recommend. Prices and availability are what I could see at the shop when the page was updated, and they may have changed since. The shops are Danish, and prices are in Danish kroner.

Not health advice

The content here is general information about diet and digestion. It is not medical advice and cannot replace a conversation with your doctor or a clinical dietitian. If you have persistent stomach symptoms, are pregnant, take medication or have a chronic illness, talk to your doctor before you change your diet or start taking supplements.
